Engineering geological investigation is an integral part of design and construction process. For geological investigations, soil drilling, in-situ soil testing, laboratory soil testing, hydrogeological and geophysical testing methods are used. We perform site investigations for individual houses, commercial and industry buildings, linear structures, and other types of structures.
During an ecogeological investigation, chemical - biological contamination of groundwater and soil is determined. After field work, laboratory tests and data analysis, an ecogeological survey report is prepared, in which information about contaminated zones and layers is provided as well as an indication whether the soil and/or groundwater contamination does make a threat to the environment or human health.
After a pile installation, by driving or casting, the integrity of this load bearing element can be questioned. In fact, experience has shown that in piles all kinds of flaws may occur. The purpose of pile integrity testing (PIT) is to discover such flaws before the construction proceeds further, and before it causes any damage.
